After hearing and taking time to understand their concerns about their existing servers, we recommended BGM move their data to a cloud-based platform. However, because many of their IT systems were bespoke, we had to take special considerations to ensure the migration to the cloud went as smoothly as possible.
As a result, all of BGM’s data is now stored on a secure cloud-based platform with regular back-ups that can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Not only has this extinguished concerns about server resilience, BGM now have improved data protection with disaster recovery and the ability to work remotely, which was invaluable during the COVID-19 pandemic.
